Be specific about properties — use full addresses. Lodgey tracks multiple properties and needs to know which one you mean.
-
Mention the financial year — “FY2026” removes ambiguity about which period you’re working on.
-
Tell Lodgey what the document is when uploading — “This is the loan statement for my ANZ account” is faster than making Lodgey guess.
-
Use the clickable options — Lodgey presents structured choices at every step. Clicking is faster than typing and helps keep the conversation on track.
-
Ask “what’s missing?” often — this triggers a gap analysis that shows exactly where you stand.
-
Don’t repeat yourself — within a project, Lodgey remembers everything from previous sessions. Start new sessions with “What did we cover last time?” instead of re-explaining.
-
Let Lodgey search your email — it’s often faster than hunting for documents yourself. Lodgey will run multiple targeted searches and summarise what it finds.
